Website Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Standard delivery is £5.95 and covers the UK mainland only. Delivery can be made to the Scottish Highlands and Ireland however standard charge is £9.95, for larger parcels please contact me for a delivery quote via email.

All items are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days excluding Bank Holidays.

Our carriers aim to deliver within 3 working days, so please allow 7 working days for your order to reach you.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when ordering. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.

 

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but we do understand sometimes you may wish to return an item(s). Items can be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 days of notifying us, please email hello@amberanaisinteriors.co.uk. Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging or suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.

You are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), unless you receive damaged or faulty goods. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s) (minus the delivery cost). Please allow 5 – 10 working days to show in your account.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
