Our Top Picks of the New Arrivals

As soon as the New Year begins, I long for the end of those dark winter nights and desperately welcome any inklings that spring is on its way. Even those cosy evenings by the fire aren't enough to stop me from dreaming of those morning sunrises and blossoms popping their heads up from the undergrowth. I am more than ready to embrace all things spring at home and start drawing the outside in, with vibrant eucalyptus, white ceramics and glassware. To best help you get ready for the changing of seasons, Amanda and I have chosen some of our favourite picks from the Spring Collection, as well as some tips for how best to style them. I do not doubt that all these items are going to be instant hits, we can't wait for you to see them for yourselves and in all your lovely homes!

Amber's Picks
Málaga Vase

I know it's only January and quite frankly it's baltic outside, but we have had a good few days of blue skies and when the sun does shine through, it almost feels like Spring is already here. I love white ceramics when it comes to Spring styling. So when I first saw our Málaga Vase, I knew it had to be an accessory in our Spring Collection. With its unusual shape, little handles and imperfectly elegant ridges, it adds a Spanish touch to the space. I have styled my own on a bookshelf in the living room but it would also look stunning as a kitchen styling piece on a mantel shelf.

Blush Eucalyptus (Large)

With the soon return of blossom, I love to add blush tones throughout the home. An easy way to do this without any major DIY or expensive change ups is adding a few Blush Eucalyptus stems to your floral arrangements. Using our large stems, you do not need as many to create a fuller-looking arrangement that appears balanced in an oversized stone vase, which is very on-trend at the moment. This Blush Eucalyptus looks great in our Athena Stone Vase and Distressed Bottle Vase.

Distressed Bottle Vase

Spring is the time of year we are getting back outside and flowers are growing. The windows and doors are open welcoming fresh air. We are bringing the outside in. However, buying flowers each week can become expensive and therefore investing in realistic floral stems will be a much cheaper alternative in the long run. Therefore we need beautiful vases to match. This is where our Distressed Bottle Vase comes in. This vase has a stunning crackled glaze to it, which will add a rustic touch to your space. Additionally, the smaller neck allows you to easily create the perfect flower arrangement with structure.

Amanda's Picks
Athena Stone Vase

The ultimate Vase! Our breathtaking Athena Stone Vase will instantly elevate the appearance of your room, whilst adding rustic texture to create visual interest. Display this vase on its own as a statement piece or fill it with 7 stems of our Silver Dollar Eucalyptus to freshen up your space. As soon as I set eyes on the Athena  Vase, I immediately fell in love with it and took one home with me as soon as I could. It now takes pride of place on the dining room table to further the rustic feel of the room. There has to be my favourite piece from our Spring Collection and we still have so much more to release.

Silver Dollar Eucalyptus

There is no doubt that our Silver Dollar Eucalyptus is a top pick for this season. I love these stems in our Athena Vase as you already know and in a white ceramic vase, such as our Hunny Pot, Distressed Bottle Vase or Tall Ivory Jug.  The unruly look of it makes it so easy to just pop in a vase and voilá you have created a beautiful fresh looking arrangement, with no floristry experience. Perfect for Spring and Summer, inviting the outside in.

Elm Chopping Board

Rustic style has been huge over the last year and it's not going anywhere anytime soon. A way to achieve this look easy is by layering different textures and finishes to create visual interest and style points. An easy way to add texture which people often struggle with is chopping boards with a rustic touch. Our Rustic Elm Chopping Boards are made to have a slight vintage look, making them the perfect styling piece to add depth. I have layered both the round and rectangle boards in the kitchen which have broken up my all-white flat looking kitchen and has given it some life.
